Smartize and Humanize People in the Village for Every Pandemic

The use of the internet in village has risen to smart-village concept which communication pattern between members community uses effectively and efficiently. internet-based social media is also increasing both frequency intensity. However, traditional communities, are more personal flexible, creates a gap with applying smart villages that impersonal, mechanical, precise. Therefore, it interesting examine application conditions community; this case, realistic needs community, namely humanized or humanized-smart villages. This study case approach by comparing two represent close urban areas those relatively far from areas. results show utilization will naturally create marginal non-eligible groups. village, model can be formulated allows these marginalized communities intensely involved using media. characterized inclusive, deconstructive, mediation, institutionalization. In concept, humane indicated fulfilling rights groups who can’t utilize become systematically involved.
